A CD with 2 pre-choreographed total-body interval based workouts tracked to custom music. The workouts are progressive, periodizable and each delivers an average 500 calorie burn. Each CD comes with two 30-minute workouts and two workout profile cards to match.

Disc One

Rain - Warm rain hits your face as you ride through humid rain forest tracks. Slashing through wet leaves and muddy humid puddles, you sprint along flat sections to escape sudden downpours. 'Rain' is a great CV workout with somewhat less upper body involvment than the other sessions.

Morning - Designed to wake, enliven and invegorate the Cats (name given to new X-Biker's; X-Cats), the morning session starts gently and then ends with a bang. Just right to pack the boys and girls off to their cub farms feeling energized and ready for the day. Imagine riding through misty meadows and woods, as the morning sun breaks through the darkness and nocturnal critters swap a 'Hi' with the daylight cats starting out on their day.

Disc Two

Night - Down and dirty in the city streets. 'Night' is a fast driving urban session to blow away the days cobwebs and grime. Fast pedelling to keep up with the city traffic, ducking down alleyways to escape the bustle, carving and swooping down flights of steps to pick up a new route. Smell the clean air as you break off the pavement and into the city park. Swoop and carve around the drunks and weirdo's as you dive deeper into the trees and lakes of the man made urban wilderness.

Forest - Dwarfed amongst the redwoods, you hammer along the narrow single lane track loops on a 30 minute Total-Body workout, involving short, hard roller coaster climbs and longer climbs up to the trail head. 'Forest' is sound tracked to swell the emotions and drive you through another section of steep narrow trail - leading to some long climbing. a great CV workout with some fast

Disc Three

Rocks - High desert trails designed to mash your upper body and aerobic energy system with long , difficult pumping climbs and short recoveries. Driving guitar based soundtrack pumps you up and keeps you hanging on through the final stages of the long climbs.

Body - A real upper body grinder, the 'Body' brings the hammer down on your shoulders and arms. The Pump and Grind soundtrack could lead to some tripple X-Biking . get a grip of those X-Bars and hangon!
